♥ travelling...my all time favourite country would be Japan. I do like Phuket for pure R&R and would like to go Europe soon, especially Paris!
♥ writing...my thoughts
♥ simple pleasures...a smile or a sms from the people I love, a simple hello in the morning, a nice cup of coffee in the morning, small little things that seem insignificant are always the things that make you happy.
♥ food...good food makes me happy and it doesn't necessarily have to be expensive.
♥ desserts & chocolates...who can resist!

Had the cravings for donuts today. There's a donut craze going on right now, you should see the super long queue at "Donut Factory" at Raffles City Mall! Apparently it takes about 2 hours to get to the front of the queue if you're sadly all the way back to Gloria Jeans. Even though I'll love to try but I'm not too big on the idea of queuing that long for donuts!
Then, I discovered there' a new Donut Factory outlet next to Carrefour at Suntec City and the best thing is, they have a separate queue that allows you to buy max 2 donuts, just to try. I happened to chance upon the store near closing time (when they first open) and the manager directed me to the "sampling" queue (that's how I found out). There wasn't any one queuing so hey why not! I happily bought 2 and began to understand why anyone would want to queue that long for it! It's soft, nice and highly addictive! It's not as sweet as Krispy Kreme's donuts which is what I like about it. It's high time someone brought in something like Krispy Kreme donuts since sadly we don't have any nice donut specialty store here.
I went Suntec City for lunch today and I thought I swing by DF, the queue was surprisingly quite short so I decided to queue for some, still took me 20 mins to finally get my hands on the donuts! Relax, not all are mine, my mom bought a few for her colleagues and the rest for me and my brother to devour! wahaha...
